Gluten Free Unstuffed Pepper Bowls

    Sometimes, time is hard to come by. We often don't have enough of it to create the gourmet meals we wish we could. But with this recipe, you can create a delicious dish in less than half the time it takes for most dinners.


Ingredients:
  • 3 large bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 white onion, chopped
  • 16 oz. pork sausage
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Vegetable oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • 20 oz riced cauliflower
Instructions:
  1. Oil large pan and add bell peppers and onion
  2. Sautee bell peppers and onions over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  3. Add sausage and cook until brown
  4. Warm riced cauliflower in microwave or over stove for 5 minutes
  5. Mix riced cauliflower with sausage, bell peppers, and onion
  6. Top with raw veggies, rosemary, or other spices
  7. Enjoy!
