Sometimes, time is hard to come by. We often don't have enough of it to create the gourmet meals we wish we could. But with this recipe, you can create a delicious dish in less than half the time it takes for most dinners.
Ingredients:
- 3 large bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- 16 oz. pork sausage
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Vegetable oil or extra virgin olive oil
- 20 oz riced cauliflower
Instructions:
- Oil large pan and add bell peppers and onion
- Sautee bell peppers and onions over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add sausage and cook until brown
- Warm riced cauliflower in microwave or over stove for 5 minutes
- Mix riced cauliflower with sausage, bell peppers, and onion
- Top with raw veggies, rosemary, or other spices
- Enjoy!
