Kale Chips

Few foods are more nutritious than kale. Kale is high in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, iron. potassium, calcium, and is a good source of fiber. Most people don't enjoy snacking on raw kale, so I decided to try making healthy kale chips. They were very easy to cook and turned out delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to your liking
  • That's it!

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 250.
  2. Peel medium sized pieces of kale off the bunch. Put them in a large bowl.
  3. Add the olive oil and salt. Mix it in so that every piece has some.
  4. Spread them out on a large pan.
  5. Put the pan in the oven.
  6. Check them every ten minutes until they are crunchy. Stir them every time you check them.
  7. Let them cool for a while.
  8. Enjoy!
