Few foods are more nutritious than kale. Kale is high in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, iron. potassium, calcium, and is a good source of fiber. Most people don't enjoy snacking on raw kale, so I decided to try making healthy kale chips. They were very easy to cook and turned out delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to your liking
- That's it!
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 250.
- Peel medium sized pieces of kale off the bunch. Put them in a large bowl.
- Add the olive oil and salt. Mix it in so that every piece has some.
- Spread them out on a large pan.
- Put the pan in the oven.
- Check them every ten minutes until they are crunchy. Stir them every time you check them.
- Let them cool for a while.
- Enjoy!
