Winter is soup season, and this taco soup is sure to be one of your seasonal favorites.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 15 oz can black beans
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 12 oz bag of steamed corn
- 15 oz can whole tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
Directions:
- Brown the ground beef in large pot
- Add black beans, corn, tomatoes, and beef broth to the browned beef and let the soup simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and green onion.
