Air Fryer Chicken and Veggies

 Everybody loves fried chicken, but there's np denying that its probably not the most nutritious choice. This air fried chicken isn't quite the same, but is still quite delicious. Plus, this recipe is loaded with veggies to make this a nutritionally packed dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 zucchini squash, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup white onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees fahrenehit
  2. Cut chicken breast and vegetables into bite sized pieces and mix with olive oil in large bowl
  3. Season chicken and veggies with pepper, salt, garlic powder, and chili powder
  4. Spray air fryer racks with nonstick cooking spray
  5. Pour chicken and veggies for 15 minutes, or until cooked through. Flip the chicken halfway through for best results.
